Because we’ve been fighting for working families and winning policies like an unprecedented minimum wage increase and paid sick days, out-of-state special interests like the Koch brothers & Loren Parks are striking back with attacks on Oregon workers.
The good news is that these interests have recognized that Oregonians want to protect workers, not tear them down: anti-worker forces have withdrawn their initiatives from the November 2016 ballot! While there won’t be any ballot measures attacking workers this fall, we need to get ready for the next round of fights.
If we want to stand up to special interests trying to undermine Oregon workers, we need to stand together and educate our friends, families, and co-workers about the threats working Oregonians face. Take the pledge to stand with us, and fight for a better Oregon for everyone!
